Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. If you're having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to reach out to us at support@pilestone.com.
Processing and Shipping Days:
Pilestone processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Shipping Timing
For U.S. shipments, we offer Free Standard Shipping. Orders placed before 2 PM PT on weekdays will be processed the same day. Please refer to the table below for more details on processing times:

IMPORTANT: To estimate your delivery date, combine the processing time with the shipping time (as shown above). For example, a prescription order typically takes 2-4 weeks to process. If you choose UPS Two-Day shipping, you’ll receive the order in 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2 days of shipping time.
International Orders:
We also ship internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
