- Write "Request lens sample" if you'd like to try sample lenses to find your best match.
- Or write "I waive the right to try samples and take full responsibility if the lens I picked doesn’t work for me" and provide us with your prescription details.

In 2011, our journey began with a heartfelt mission. Our founder, a researcher at UPenn, designed a pair of colorblind glasses for his best friend, who had long struggled with color deficiency. Witnessing the joy and wonder of seeing color for the first time was a life-changing moment—one that sparked the creation of Pilestone.

Single vision prescription, reading power, and progressive prescription can be customized for your needs. Our Clip-on style is another good choice.

Please note: After completing your purchase please email to support@pilestone.com with your order number and prescription details.

* Please kindly understand that colorblindness is NOT uniformed, and our glasses are universally designed to cope with the most common conditions. There is a 10-15% chance that our glasses completely don’t work even if you pick the one suggested by our FREE online colorblind test.

* Non-prescription glasses can be returned for a refund within 60 days of delivery. However, prescription glasses are customized and non-refundable.
* If you're interested in trying samplers to test your lenses' effectiveness after placing your prescription order, please email us with your order number and the word "samplers."
* If you choose to waive the opportunity to try the samplers and take full responsibility for the fit and effectiveness of the glasses, please send a copy of your prescription so we can proceed. You can attach a screenshot or picture of your prescription or type out the numbers.
* We cover US shipping for samples, which typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Prescription glasses generally take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Processing and Shipping Days:
Pilestone processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Shipping Timing

For U.S. shipments, we offer Free Standard Shipping. Orders placed before 2 PM PT on weekdays will be processed the same day. Please refer to the table below for more details on processing times:

IMPORTANT: To estimate your delivery date, combine the processing time with the shipping time (as shown above). For example, a prescription order typically takes 2-4 weeks to process. If you choose UPS Two-Day shipping, you’ll receive the order in 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2 days of shipping time.

International Orders:
We also ship internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
